Thank you for volunteering and for dedicating your time and energy to growing and sustaining NAHU’s membership—one of the most important tasks at NAHU. Every month we will be sending a message that will provide helpful tips to you, a membership chapter leader.
Joining, Renewing and Membership Applications
Joining NAHU should be as easy and seamless as possible. Every chapter should have a "Join NAHU" option online that directs back to NAHU’s Join Page (www.nahu.org/join.cfm).
Include an online renew option, too, that directs back to NAHU’s Renew Page (www.nahu.org/renew.cfm).
Also, please take a moment and review your chapter's and state's hard-copy membership applications to ensure that the members' home contact information is being requested, as well as their personal e-mail address. A significant portion of NAHU’s membership (approximately 30%) is being dropped simply because of bad contact information. The more contact information we have, the better our chances of reaching our members!
